Energy Performance Certificates and Green Deal Assessments

As part of the criteria for both the ‘Feed in Tariff’ and ‘Domestic Renewable Incentive’ you will be requiring one of these Government standardised reports.

Here at EZsolar we are able to arrange either, dependent on your requirements. To qualify for the higher tier ‘FiTs’ rate, your property must be seen to achieve a level D on the EPC (or be connected to a ‘non-relevant building’). Following our own initial site visit we can advise on where improvements can be made to the building to ensure you meet this minimal level.

The EPC also helps to provide the us with the ‘Deemed Space Heating’ and ‘Deemed Water Heating’ figures for which the RHI is paid. The secondary section of the Green Deal Assessment, the ‘Occupancy Assessment’ is a required caveat to joining the RHI scheme.
